SEMICONDUCTOR VOLTAGE STABILIZERS,

Abstract

Principles of action, arrangement characteristics and basic parameters of semiconductor triodes, stabilitions and thermistors in a form suitable for a wide circle of readers are described. Principles of operation of parametric stabilizers of voltage using silicon stabilitrons and semiconductor thermistors, and also compensational stabilizers using semiconductor triodes are also described. This report is intended for a wide circle of radio amateurs and participants of technical circles. It can be useful also for persons developing and servicing radiotechnical equipment. (Author)
