Abstract

The research activities of the Organization Research Group of the Institute for Research in Social Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are summarized. Studies using the constructs of the Thibaut and Kelley system are listed, and are followed by studies related to the application of principles of scale formation to social psychological problems. The report ends with studies of situational and individual factors in experimentation.
