RADIATION FROM CIRCULAR WAVEGUIDES.

Abstract

A simple aperture theory is developed and applied to the problem of radiation from a circular waveguide. First, the waveguide is considered to be in free space, and then in an infinite ground plane. The first approach is used to verify the developed aperture theory. Data on theoretical and experimental radiation patterns are presented. (Author)
