ON THE THEORY OF LINEARITY OF HOT-CATHODE IONIZATION GAUGE,
Abstract
The characteristic equation of the hot-cathode ionization gauge was derived from the theory of Townsend discharge. The linear theory was discussed and experimental verifications of it were given.
