DEVELOPMENT OF FIRE RESISTANT WATER BASED HYDRAULIC FLUIDS

Abstract

The study of ignition inhibitors for water glycol fluids has continued with emphasis on non crystalline compounds (See also AD-607 948). A search for better screening methods of corrosion inhibitor system in the target fluids was started. One candidate fluid was examined with respect to the target specification.
