RESEARCH INVESTIGATION TO DETERMINE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF NICKEL AND COBALT BASE ALLOYS FOR INCLUSION IN MILITARY HANDBOOK-5, VOLUME 2

Abstract

Design information on four nickel and cobalt base alloys for inclusion in Military Handbook-5 is presented. The alloys investigated were Rene 41, L-605, Inconel 702, and Incoloy 901. The mechanical properties investigated were tensile, compression, shear, bearing, creep, stress-rupture and fatigue. The raw data generated is presented in this volume.
