THE GEOMETRIC LATITUDE OF A POINT IN SPACE,

Abstract

The equation of geometric latitude for any position of a point relative to the surface of the terrestrial ellipsoid, the Earth, is derived because of the need to solve geodetic problems for any position in space of points given or to be determined.
