DEVELOPING THE RECRUITING POTENTIAL OF SUMMER PROGRAMS,

Abstract

In this article some failures of summer programs are analyzed, some basic principles for developing their recruiting potential are suggested. Details on how to run a summer program are not discussed because administrative techniques that work in one company may not work in another. Nevertheless, several principles that can be practiced effectively in any organization are discussed.
