LUBRICATING AND PACKING SYSTEMS,

Abstract

General considerations in machine lubrication systems design and engineering are discussed and analyzed. Methods of lubrication are distinguished as to period of action into intermittent and continuous types; as to method of application, into individual and central types under pressure or without pressure; as to form of operation, into either flowing, circulating or mixed systems.
