PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF DEFLECTRON DEVICES.

Abstract

The limited test data obtained to date has proven that the adaptation of the electrostatic deflectron to vidicon use is advantageous over conventional deflectron vidicon designs. The results evidenced by the use of the low power heater (Pierce type) are indicative that this construction is not desirable at this time. (Author)
