PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE, TYPE 2N1814 SILICON ALLOY TRANSISTOR.

Abstract

The status of all of the process improvements is presented. Two phases of the program are reported as terminated due to the negative results obtained during the course of investigation. Progress and data are presented for the pulsed peak power test program. Additional life test data are presented for standard 2N1814 production units. (Author)
