AUTOMATED COST ESTIMATES: ACE

Abstract

ACE (automated cost estimates) is a means of forecasting research and development and engineering services cost and direct manhours. It is a computer application employing mathematical methods of calculating various cost and DMH (direct manhour expenditure for each expression of time) relationships and behavior trends, automatically selecting the network that will produce the best calculated forecast based upon historical data.
