INTERMOLECULAR INTERACTIONS AND THE ELECTRON COUPLING OF NUCLEAR SPINS.

Abstract

The primary purpose of the report is to present some observations of temperature and solvent effects upon the coupling constant between the 2,6 and CF3 group fluorines in perfluorotoluene, and to suggest that the effects result mainly from an intermolecular fluorine-fluorine interaction.
