THERMAL DESIGN TESTS OF THE IGY SATELLITE. (PAYLOAD FOR MISSILE NO. 16),

Abstract

This report presents the results and analysis thermal tests for the IGY Satellite and describes the payload for for Missile No. 16. Included is a detailed description of the test requirements, equipment and procedures. A total of 12 tests were conducted and the results of each are presented separately and summarized. A complete set of temperature versus time graphs are included for each test. (Author)
