FOREIGN SCIENCE BULLETIN, 1965, VOL. 1, NO. 1.
Abstract
This publication is designed to reflect what appear to be some of the major trends in foreign scientific research and development activities, as well as to supply specific information on topics of known interest to the U. S. scientific and engineering community. The publication will be based on material obtained from original sources, about 1000 of which are reviewed monthly by subject specialists. Emphasis will be placed on scientific developments in the Soviet Union and in Communist China, since scientific literature originating in these countries is not readily available to the U. S. reader. Where appropriate, comments will be given and comparisons will be made with research being conducted in the West.
