PERSONNEL COMMUNICATIONS IN SPACE. A STUDY OF SPEECH TRANSMISSION AND HELMET COMFORT.
Abstract
The difficult environments encountered in aerospace vehicles impose severe demands upon personnel communication equipment. Described in the report is the development of two space helmets. Their features are summarized briefly. In addition, air supply systems were designed and constructed for the helmets.
