SOLID-STATE GENERATOR.

Abstract

The following tasks concerning the Solid-State RF Generator were investigated: (A) The Redesign of the Power Amplifier and Oscillator; (B) The Redesign of the First Multiplier Stage; and (C) Testing and Finalizing of the Prototype Signal Source. These areas, involving the development of the Solid-State RF Generator, have been carefully evaluated and a summary of that work, to date, is included in this report. (Author)
