A LATENT STRUCTURE FOR THE SIMPLEX,

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to supply the simplex with an underlying or latent structure, in terms of which the simplex form may be integrated into the parsimonious psychological theory that includes factor analysis and the latent structure model of Lazarsfeld.
