STUDY OF ORIGIN AND PROPAGATION OF DISTURBANCES IN THE BURNING OF SOLID PROPELLANTS

Abstract

Progress in the following areas is summarized: acoustic admittance of a standard sample, instrumentation for burning propellant tests, initial burning propellant experiments, obtaining the true admittance of a burning surface, spectral change in a plane acoustic pulse of finite amplitude.
