This Bulletin is Number 2 of a quarterly series. It contains continuations of most of the data presented in Bulletin Number 1 (AD-606 190) plus a new section on Oblique H-F Propagation. Topics included in this bulletin are: Component magnetometer, cosmic ray neutron intensity monitor, oblique backscatter radar, Oblique H-F propagation, riometer, and solar radio emission--spectral observations.
