PROGRAMMING FOR THE DIGITAL SIMULATOR AND COMPUTER (DISAC),

Abstract

DISAC is a transistorized digital computer for applications in real-time signal processing or simulation of weapon systems. This report describes the characteristics of the DISAC (Digital Simulator and Computer) system from the point of view of the programmer, and includes an introduction to programming of systems of this type. An assembler/compiler (DOPE) and an operating system (DOS) are described, and instructions are given for the use of these programs.
