THE EFFECTS OF PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATIONS ON ATTITUDES.

Abstract

The major focus of research was on the role of the communicator in communication effectiveness. Several studies were experimental investigations of various aspects of source effects, and one involved factor analyses of differentiating attributes assigned to a variety of sources. In addition, two studies on other matters related to attitudes and attitude change were carried out.
