ON NONLINEAR THEORY OF ORIGINATION OF TURBULENCE,

Abstract

An hypothesis was introduced on the relationship between older moments of turbulent pulsations in order to formulate a closed system of equations to describe the origin and development of turbulence at certain pulsation amplitudes.
