CONTENT OF ARGININE, HISTIDINE, LYSINE, TYROSINE, TRYPTOPHAN AND CYSTINE IN ALBUMINA OF VARIOUS TYPES OF MEATS AND FISH,

Abstract

Examinations were carried out for the purpose of studying the possibilities of increasing the nutritional value of albumina of food rations by a proper combination of nutritional products. The amino acid composition was investigated in 24 types of meats of domestic animals, fowls and wild life, 20 types of fish and fish products, as well as the meat of a seal (polar delphin), white grampus (annulate, seals), crayfish and crabs.
