PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE FOR SUBMINIATURE TEMPERATURE-COMPENSATING CERAMIC CAPACITORS.

Abstract

The work described in this report led to the successful production of nine different ratings of MONOLYTHIC temperature-compensating ceramic capacitors. The effort involved extensive investigation and experimentation in several areas of ceramic capacitor fabrication, including the selection of ceramic materials, the development of spraying capability, dip methods, and firing methods, and the refinement of finishing and molding techniques.
