REVIEW OF STATUS OF CERAMIC TOOLS.

Abstract

The development of more adequate machine tools and availability of trained personnel should increase the use of ceramics. With improved metal processing methods, lighter and thus faster metal cutting is possible. This factor, coupled with rising labor costs, will make the utilization of ceramic cutting tools very advantageous. (Author)
