REFRACTION OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL RADIOWAVES IN THE ATMOSPHERE,

Abstract

Theoretical principles, formulae and examples are given for calculating the refraction of extraterrestrial radiowaves in the atmosphere for purposes of radio astronomy. The problem of extraterrestrial radiowave refraction is considered for the case of a quiet undisturbed ionosphere. (Author)
