DOUBLE HYPERFRAGMENTS AND RELATIVE PARITY OF LAMBDA AND SIGMA HYPERONS,

Abstract

A method for the determination of the relative parity of lambda and sigma hyperons is proposed. The possible bound states of the double hyperfragments are predicted from the parameters obtained before. If lambda-lambda interaction is attractive in the singlet S state, lambda and sigma will have the same parity; otherwise they will have opposite parity. (Author)
