METHOD OF STABILIZING THE POWER OF ULTRAHIGH FREQUENCY OSCILLATIONS,

Abstract

A semiconductor plate with injecting and ohmic contacts is placed in the waveguide, parallel to the electric field vector, between the UHF generator and a transient type power level detector. The UHF power is stabilized by varying the current which passes through the semiconductor plate in a straight direction. This current is controlled by a signal from the power level detector.
