NONLINEAR THEORY OF MICRO-ELASTIC SOLIDS. II.,

Abstract

Interrelations are established of various material and spatial measures of strain. Explicit forms of constitutive equations are obtained for isotropic microelastic materials. Two sets of field equations are derived in terms of uncoupled macro- and micro-displacements and are applied to the study of the Rayleigh surface waves in microelasticity.
