GEOMETRIC DISTRIBUTION IN SOME TWO DIMENSIONAL QUEUING SYSTEMS.

Abstract

The state of the system is a two dimensional random variable. All transition events have negative exponential time distributions with positive means. For any pair of states (n, i) and (n, j) there is at least one possible sequence of transitions from one to the other such that in all states visited N sub 1 equals n.
