IMPROVED QUANTUM EFFICIENCY LASER DETECTORS.

Abstract

During the second quarter both theoretical and experimental work were continued. Special attention was given to the influence of varying the angle of incidence of injected light on photoemissive yield both analytically and experimentally. Experimentally the effect of substrate type and thickness on yield was examined. A theoretical analysis was completed of film angular and thickness effects on photoelectric yield.
