PEM FOR GOLD-DOPED GERMANIUM INFRARED DETECTOR TYPE IR400.
Abstract
Preproduction tests were made. The samples underwent visual and mechanical inspection and the cell resistance, optimum bias, and detectivity were tested. The remaining electrical parameters, frequency response, effective time constant, noise spectrum and spectral response, were measured. Results of these tests are presented.
