THE MIDPONTINE PRETRIGEMINAL CAT,

Abstract

Some of the results obtained at the Institute of Physiology of the University of Pisa on the midpontine pretrigeminal preparation are reviewed. Particular attention is given to recent experiments showing that both orienting reflex and conditioning may be present in cats so prepared.
