TRACE ANALYSIS OF SOLIDS BY MASS SPECTROMETRY.
Abstract
The report describes studies made on a doublefocusing mass spectrograph to improve its performance in the field of trace analyses, particularly the quantitative aspects. Novel approaches to ion-detecting as well as ion-generating schemes are described. (Author)
