Abstract

During 1963 - 1964 period, the ESD Reliability/ Maintainability staff conducted a series of lectures and briefings on R/M. Several lectures dealt with equipment MTBF demonstration problems. This TDR summarizes a discussion conducted on the applications of the Cummulative Poisson Function to MTBF demonstration. .
