FIRST TEST ON RADIATION EXPERIMENTATION FOR THE Q-FACTOR TECHNIQUE.

Abstract

Seventy-six transistors were irradiated under closely controlled environmental conditions and bias levels. Data were taken on the transistors during irradiation and during periods of reactor shutdown. Ten 2N914 transistors, twenty 2N709 transistors, and forty-nine 2N1613 transistors were irradiated. The report contains discussions of test technique, description of the test, and dosimetry results. (Author)
