PROPER MOTIONS FOR EIGHTY WIDE DOUBLE STARS,

Abstract

Determinations of proper motions of eighty wide double stars are used to decide whether the pairs are physically or optically double. Old and new positions were determined from the Astrographic Catalogue and the Palomar National Geographic Survey plates respectively.
