FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEMS OF SOLIDS.

Abstract

The objective of the studies can be stated in broad terms as an attempt to achieve a deeper understanding of the fundamental problems of solids, namely the problem of electronic correlations and the correlations of lattice vibrations with electrons and other lattice vibrations. A central theme was the description of such correlations in terms of the collective motions of the system.
