AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE FLOW PHENOMENA INVOLVED IN GASEOUS THRUST DIRECTION CONTROL DEVICES.

Abstract

The goals of the investigation were to visualize the interaction at the injection point, determine the extent of secondary jet penetration into the main stream, gather data on the wall pressure distribution, and from the data to develop a model for the interaction amenable to analytical treatment.
