PRODUCTION ENGINEERING MEASURE. MICROELEMENT TRANSISTORS.

Abstract

The purpose of this task was to establish a manufacturing capability for a broad line of microelement transistors commensurate with Micromodule Program requirements. Subcontractors were established to provide devices that could be hermetically packaged and mounted on a micromodule wafer. These devices were to have met the micromodule processing and environmental requirements. Detail transistor specifications were developed based on the devices resulting from this task effort.
