A NEW SYNCHRONOUS RECTIFIER (UN NOUVEAU REDRESSEUR SYNCHRONE),

Abstract

Circuits using synchronous rectifiers are in general very complicated. This paper describes a circuit, consisting of two transistors (n-p-n and p-n-p) with single ended reference input and no drift. It is easy to obtain time constants of several seconds. (Author)
