INTERNAL WAVE STUDY.

Abstract

The study is concerned with the investigation of internal waves and other phenomena responsible for temperature variations over the continental borderland off Southern California. Based on the results of the 1962 observational program, a thermistor array was assembled to provide measurements over a sufficiently long observational period to resolve temperature variations with periods from 10 minutes to several months.
