DETERMINATION OF THE ORBITAL PARAMETERS OF ARTIFICIAL SATELLITES ON THE BASIS OF OBSERVATIONS FROM THE EARTH'S SURFACE.

Abstract

Methods are presented for the determination of the orbital elements of a satellite and of the analysis of its motion on the basis of the processing of optical and radar observation data. The methods are designed for the utilization of high speed electronic computing machines. (Author)
