COMPUTATIONAL SOLUTION OF RADIATIVE TRANSFER PROBLEMS IN CLOUD PHYSICS,

Abstract

Multiple scattering of light in clouds is dealt with. Highly anisotropic transfer problems are treated as one step toward the determination of the structure and dynamics of clouds based on experimental measurements. Radiation fields for isotropic and anisotropic scattering are determined.
