SYNOPTIC OCEANOGRAPHY AND ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS.

Abstract

Basic and applied research in synoptic oceanography during the period is reported. Current measurements with moored and drifting buoys, surface phenomena, environmental studies, marine physical geodesy and VLF relative navigation are discussed.
