CONTROL AND REPRODUCIBILITY OF FERRITES PREPARED BY THE FLAME SPRAY-HOT PRESS TECHNIQUE,

Abstract

The flame spray and hot press apparatus are described. Various flame spray parameters and their effects are discussed. Reproducibility of physical and magnetic properties of ferrites due to the hot press alone and the flame spray-hot press combination are presented. It is shown that reproducibility by this technique compares favorably with conventional techniques. (Author)
