MICROMODULE LIFE TEST.
Abstract
Progress is reported on life testing of micromodules. A total of 2703 micromodules remained on life test at the beginning of this quarter and nine failures occurred during the period. The number of failures, accumulated operating time, and lower 60 percent confidence level mean-time-tofailure (MTTF) for life testing to date are given.
