CONCERNING THE SENSITIVITY AND SPECIFICITY OF THE ANTIBODY NEUTRALIZATION REACTION IN PLAGUE AND TULAREMIA.

Abstract

The antibody neutralization reaction, based on phenomenon of depression of passive hemaggultination with the use of formalinized sheep erythrocytes possessed a high sensitivity and specificity. The mentioned reaction permits easy differentiation of the plague causative agent from that of pseudotuberculosis. (Author)
