SMALL SCALE COMPUTER 'PROMIN',

Abstract

The computer 'PROMIN' is discussed. It belongs to the type of small universal digital computers, intended for automation of engineering and scientific calculations and for average complexity calculations in various construction bureaus, scientific research institutions and planning organizations. On the PROMIN' computer can be carried out the following basic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, calculation of square root, addition and subtraction with fixed comma, calculation of basic and reverse trigonometric functions, calculation of hyperbolic functions, calculation of logarithmic and exponential of functions, calculation of scalar derivative of vectors (not higher than 30th order), solving systems of algebraic equations (not higher than 7th order), solving systems of ordinary differential equations, finding values of definite integral, and solving transcendental and nonlinear algebraic equations.
